“When I booked an appointment, I received a call from the receptionist who was very polite and explained that the branch I had booked at was currently closed but she suggested another location and provided guidance on how to get there. She also reassured me that I can call her if I struggle to find the place as I'm not from Edinburgh. While waiting, she offered me a drink and some sweets that helped calm my nerves (who doesn't like jelly hearts). The service was great!”
